About Me

My name is Ashley Lov. I am an educator certified in Birth-6th grade in both general and special education in California and New York. I graduated from St. Joseph's College in Patchogue, NY, with a BA in Child Study and earned my master’s degree in TESOL from SUNY Brockport. I currently work as a 5th-grade teacher in Los Angeles, California and am planning to move back to Long Island, NY in June 2025.

My goal as an educator is to inspire students beyond the curriculum. I want to not only promote learning but encourage my students to reach their full potential both inside and outside the classroom. I believe that every student deserves equal opportunity to be their best selves, no matter where they are from or what language they speak. My resume highlights what I hope to accomplish in my career as an educator of young children.
